Sir Paul McCartney Marries Nancy Shevell!

Former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney exchanged vows for the third time yesterday, October 9! It calls for double celebration since McCartney’s birthday falls on the same day.

McCartney married his fiancée Nancy Shevell at London’s Marylbone Register Office, the same venue where he married his first wife Linda Eastman in 1969. Shevell’s elegant dress was designed by Paul McCartney’s daughter, Stella McCartney.

Afterwards,the couple held a reception at their home in St John’s Wood for family and close friends. A second ceremony is scheduled for next week in the Hamptons, Long Island, New York.

The couple met and fell in love back in 2007.
